Breeding Philosophy

I have always been passionate about cats. We have rescued cats and dogs for our whole lives, and then one day we walked into a store and were greeted by a Maine Coon cat. He was so friendly and beautiful! We went to a cat show where breeders bring their cats and again we were captivated by a Maine Coon laying on a desk with people walking by. I was so impressed by how calm and social they are. I love that about them. They want to be with you. They have a lot of dog-like qualities! They love to hang out with their owner, retrieve things for you, and purr like little engines. They are very intuitive to emotions, and are often used as therapy cats.

I am aware that excellent nutrition, proper health care, affection, and stimulation all contribute to strong, healthy and happy cats. I introduce them to bathing, grooming, nail trimming and ensure that they have all their vaccinations up to date..

I use Farmina dry food which is recommended and used by breeders in Europe. I also feed canned food, chicken and tuna. They will have a wide selection of varied foods, including raw food, allowing you to make your own choice of the foods you would want to go with.
